Knowledge and skills are not genetically wired. Developers, administrators and integrators must meticuously acquire this. So do not put education on the bottom of your priority list.
proWill offers customized training at your company. If desired, the knowledge requirements can be identified and a training program based on this can be constructed with an estimate of the time required to acquire the new skills.
By default, the entire training (sound, screen and whiteboard) will be recorded and made available on DVD. This way no one has to forget anything. Moreover, you now have a full-fledged training that can be folloed by those not able to attend.
